Security Deposit

 

A $500 security deposit hold will be placed on your credit card on site before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released after the booking is complete, if no claims are made (boat is returned in same condition, on time and no damage) and may take 3-5 business days to reflect on your account depending on your financial institution.

Cancellation Policy

 

Free cancellations until 5 days before the booking start date.
50% refund for cancellations between 2-5 days before the booking start date.
Cancellations within 2 days of the booking start date are non-refundable.
Weather cancellation: In case of unsafe weather on the day of the rental we can cancel with refund or reschedule.

Boat Regulations

 

Florida law requires anyone who was born on or after Jan. 1, 1988 to successfully complete an approved boating safety course and obtain a Boating Safety Education Identification Card issued by the FWC. Applies only to the driver, Link to the course:

Renter is responsible to prove that driver passed the test PRIOR to departure. Not having the boating safety completed will lead to cancelation with no refund.

If you were born before Jan. 1, 1988, you just need a valid ID.

• Fishing, towing, and pets are restricted.

• Boat must stay within the bay area. Open ocean is restricted.

• Please do not wear jeans and do not bring hard material coolers, hard objects, glass bottles or glass cups. There is a 25quartz cooler on board. You can bring ice.

• If you arrive late, you will still have to return the boat at the same scheduled return time. Your return time will not be extended if you are late.

• Not showing up after the scheduled time may lead to cancelation with no refund.

• Late return of the boat, arriving after scheduled rental time without prior agreement, will lead to an extra late fee.
